All products sold on Dewluts are digital goods delivered by instant download. Upon successful payment you receive an email with secure, time-limited download links. Download links expire 72 hours after purchase and are limited to 5 downloads per purchase. If you need a link renewed, email hello@dewluts.com. Signed-in users can re-request download links from their account page at any time.
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final once a file has been downloaded.
If you have not yet downloaded your files, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing hello@dewluts.com with your order reference. We process refund requests within 3 business days.

Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your account page — your access continues until the end of the paid billing period and you will not be charged again.
Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. It grants access to all current and future tools released under the Dewluts catalog with no recurring charges.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, through the courts of Malaysia.
